@Disguise: Thanka :)

@Espera: AND Doug! Or is it Dug? Either way, I thought the dog was cuteness personified. Or... animal-ified. =D

And LOL! Guess I should have made it clearer. So much for me writing well =P
PDs are Parliamentary Debates, it's a form of debating. And adjudicating in general English means judging or resolving a dispute or conflict. Basically, what judges do. In the context of PDs however, adjudicators CALL the debate, that is, decide who wins, whether the motion stands or falls, and most importantly, why.

Basically it's a three on three format. On the Proposition side, you have the Prime Minister, the deputy PM and the Whip arguing FOR the motion. And on the Opposition side, you have the Leader of the Opposition, the Deputy LO and the Opp Whip arguing against the motion. And you're given the motion only 20 minutes beforehand, so most of the time you just have to go up there and speak absolute rot for your six or seven minutes and try and convince the adjudicator that it waszn't actually rot and that you were making a valid point, or even better, several. LOTS of fun, I tell you :)
